Does the platform work with my existing devices?
Most likely yes — Pixa supports 18 tested protocol families covering the professional class (Teltonika, Ruptela, Queclink…) and the economy class (GT06, H02, JT808…), and our methodology for adding a new protocol is standardized and fast. Send us your device model and we will confirm.
Where is my data hosted?
All data is hosted on servers inside Saudi Arabia — a core requirement for the government sector and tenders, and a design decision from day one.
Do you support WASL requirements?
Yes — a built-in WASL module with integration readiness: company, vehicle, and driver registration, location push at the required cadence with a queue that never loses a message, and a compliance report showing acceptance rates and outages.
Are the reports genuinely Arabic?
Yes — 29 reports in Arabic and English, in both Hijri and Gregorian calendars, with PDFs built on a native RTL engine (not a translation over an English template), carrying your organization’s logo.
How do I start? How long does activation take?
Request a demo from the contact page or message us on WhatsApp. Once agreed, supported devices are pointed at the Pixa server and appear on the map with their first transmission — usually with no field visit.
Is there an API?
Yes — a partner gateway at /api/partner/v1 with webhooks for shipment creation, tracking, and delivery events, plus customer APIs. See the developers page.
