Do prices include the device?
The monthly platform subscription is separate from device cost. We help you pick from the published list, or connect your existing devices if they belong to a supported family.
Are annual contracts mandatory?
The default is a flexible monthly subscription. For large fleets and tenders we offer annual contracts at better rates with an SLA.
How are add-ons billed?
Each add-on activates per feature and bills on its natural unit: video per camera, fuel per calibrated tank, WhatsApp agent per number.
Is dealer pricing different?
Yes — dealers buy wholesale and sell at their own margin. See the dealers page and apply.
